Kumar Kumari: Tibetan Yoga for children.
It is a method of Yoga specific for children between the ages of 5 and 11, beneficial for their physical, energetic and resipratory condition.
The peculiarity of Kumar Kumari is that in order to teach children to inhale and exhale correctly, the movements of the body are combined with the breathing through the use of sounds. This helps rebalance the child’s physical and mental condition, promoting a correct physical, emotional and social development.
